SHIPPING POLICY

  • Tea Orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days on the receipt of full payment unless personally agreed with the buyer. White tea and Green Tea products will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days, as they require an extended period due to their processing methods and lesser availability.

  •  

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

  • Ceylon brothers will accept any product that the customer is not happy with and will refund the price of the product (excluding shipping) in full or replace with another product of the customer’s choice. The product has to be returned to the Ceylon Brothers Head office at the customer’s expense, within 4 weeks of purchase, together with the invoice/receipt received from Ceylon brothers at the time of the original purchase. Customer has to be bear the shipping charges of the replacement product.

  • Products should be in unopened and sellable conditions in order to return/ exchange.

  • Refund/ Return Policy does not apply for International orders due to cross boarder customs/ duty restrictions.

  • However, if a refund/ replacement is required due to product defect, Ceylon brothers will bear the cost of shipping from Sri Lanka to the destination of the customer - as per the original invoice.
